Design of boiler systems, construction, and installation of equipment
The range of products and sales by Bio Mobitek varies from hot-water boilers and grate 150 kW – 10 mW, equipment for fuel storages, and feeder equipment, installation for flue gas cleaning, which ensures the correspondence to the environmental safety requirements, multi-cyclones, and various filters for flue gas and air cleaning.
We start each project from scratch, initial material in each project are the needs, wishes, and technical provisions of the client. Integrated turnkey solution consists of the following stages: design, project management, equipment production, installation, equipment launch, final adjustment, and personnel training. The process also includes approvals with corresponding departments and documentation on language used in the country. Production of metal constructions
Amongst the range of products and sales by Bio Mobitek you will find all storage, transport, and loading equipment for bulk materials, which is necessary to energy and industrial enterprise, conveyors, and technological operation equipment. Installation works and maintenance
Bio Mobitek offers installation works and installation support of the boiler equipment. We have all necessary means of transport, tools, professional fitters and welders.
During the warranty period, maintenance of the boiler systems is performed once a year. It includes burner heat exchanger cleaning, visual inspection of main units, bearings, and gear-motors.
Detection of problems at their initial stage will ensure long-term operation of the equipment and prevent from unnecessary costs.
Training and consultations
Bio Mobitek will provide an integrated solution for your idea under turnkey principle. We design, produce, and install equipment in accordance with wishes, needs, and technical provisions of the client.
In a situation, when energy source prices keep growing, search for new solutions becomes more essential, in order to use alternative fuel types. Renewable bio fuel and corresponding energy equipment are used more often. Each service, we provide, includes training and consultations.
