Project description

The aim of the project is to compile an overview of the current level of digitalization of OÜ Bio Mobitek, which includes processes and business-critical software used, to identify the main needs in the field of digitalization and to propose a vision and action plan for the company’s digital development.
The analysis focuses on the main processes of the company’s value chain, as well as the existing information space and the movement of data within it. The analysis seeks opportunities to make processes more efficient, innovate the value chain, improve the customer experience of customers and develop the business in general.

The project has two main goals:

✓ collect empirical evidence about the current situation of the company in terms of processes and the software that supports them, assess the organization’s readiness to implement new technologies and digital solutions;
✓ based on the information collected, create a vision for the company’s digital development and prepare an action plan for the use of new digital technologies and solutions.

As a result of the project:

✓ identify areas for improvement in core processes;
✓ make proposals for improvement activities;
✓ develop a digitalization vision and action plan.
